Dana Wagner

Dana is a parliamentary affairs advisor in the office of Independent Senator Ratna Omidvar. She previously worked as a project manager with the Global Diversity Exchange, a think tank at Ryerson University. She is co-author of Flight and Freedom: Stories of Escape to Canada, and sits on the board of the Refugee Career Jumpstart Project. She has worked in Ottawa, Toronto, Hanoi, and Nairobi.

Jacob Schroeder

Jacob dreams of a world where people across the political spectrum share a common set of facts. He has a B.A. in Cognitive Systems from UBC and is completing a law degree at UVic. He worked frontline in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside for seven years and is articling with Dentons Canada LLP.
Tyler works in policy development, organizational management, statistics, and economics. He received his Master of Political Management from Carleton University while working in the non-profit sector. He has contributed to papers published by the Canadian Political Science Association on the topic of Canadian democracy. During his undergrad degree, he founded the non-profit Canadian Youth Assembly.
